Lanworth's document scanning and indexing service makes land records and deed management simple and cost effective. The resulting searchable database can be integrated into existing systems and solutions.

Lanworth has the ability to scan a company or government agency's documents rapidly and accurately. Record capture can be performed on- or off-site at a rate exceeding 100,000 pages per day. The scanned records and deeds are then indexed at a rate of over 20,000 documents a week.

Users can migrate from disparate, paper-based records to a completely electronic system that enables legal record or deed searches and retrievals in seconds. The indexed documents can also be linked to existing Geographic Information Systems, allowing a user to jump directly from a property map to the corresponding deed.
